Press once and say:
“The robot at Florida Road and Innes Road is out.”
Where your report goes in Durban
- National roads (the N2 and N3) go to SANRAL.
- Provincial roads go to the municipal manager’s office for now, until Road Badger has an email for the KwaZulu-Natal roads department.
- City streets go to the municipality: until Road Badger has Durban’s own fault desks, the municipal manager’s office receives them, and Road Badger follows them up there.
Road Badger covers all of Durban (eThekwini), including Umhlanga, Pinetown, Westville, Umlazi, Chatsworth, Phoenix, KwaMashu and Amanzimtoti.
What you can report
Streetlights, robots, potholes, missing drain covers, road signs and markings, and illegal dumping. When your neighbours report the same fault, they join the same ticket: the desk gets one clear report with a count.
