Press once and say:
“The robot at Beyers Naudé and Judges Avenue is out.”
Where your report goes in Johannesburg
- National roads (the N1, N3, N12, N14 and N17) go to SANRAL.
- Provincial roads go to the Gauteng roads department.
- City streets go to the City’s own roads, power, water and waste desks, by fault. Power faults go to Eskom where Eskom supplies the area.
Road Badger covers all of Johannesburg, including Sandton, Soweto, Randburg, Roodepoort, Midrand, Alexandra, Lenasia and Rosebank.
What you can report
Streetlights, robots, potholes, missing drain covers, road signs and markings, and illegal dumping. When your neighbours report the same fault, they join the same ticket: the desk gets one clear report with a count.
