Press once and say:
“The streetlights on Heugh Road in Walmer are out.”
Where your report goes in Gqeberha
- National roads (the N2) go to SANRAL.
- Provincial roads go to the municipal manager’s office for now, until Road Badger has an email for the Eastern Cape roads department.
- City streets go to the municipality: until Road Badger has Gqeberha’s own fault desks, the municipal manager’s office receives them, and Road Badger follows them up there.
Road Badger covers all of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), including Kariega, Despatch, Walmer, Summerstrand, Motherwell and New Brighton.
What you can report
Streetlights, robots, potholes, missing drain covers, road signs and markings, and illegal dumping. When your neighbours report the same fault, they join the same ticket: the desk gets one clear report with a count.
