Press once and say:
“There’s a deep pothole on Atterbury Road near Menlyn.”
Where your report goes in Pretoria
- National roads (the N1, N4 and N14) go to SANRAL.
- Provincial roads go to the Gauteng roads department.
- City streets go to the municipality: until Road Badger has Pretoria’s own fault desks, the municipal manager’s office receives them, and Road Badger follows them up there.
Road Badger covers all of Pretoria (Tshwane), including Centurion, Hatfield, Soshanguve, Mamelodi, Atteridgeville, Akasia and Bronkhorstspruit.
What you can report
Streetlights, robots, potholes, missing drain covers, road signs and markings, and illegal dumping. When your neighbours report the same fault, they join the same ticket: the desk gets one clear report with a count.
