Press once and say:
“The streetlights on North Rand Road in Boksburg are out.”
Where your report goes in Ekurhuleni
- National roads (the N3, N12 and N17) go to SANRAL.
- Provincial roads go to the Gauteng roads department.
- City streets go to the municipality: until Road Badger has Ekurhuleni’s own fault desks, the municipal manager’s office receives them, and Road Badger follows them up there.
Road Badger covers all of Ekurhuleni (East Rand), including Benoni, Boksburg, Germiston, Kempton Park, Alberton, Springs, Brakpan, Edenvale and Tembisa.
What you can report
Streetlights, robots, potholes, missing drain covers, road signs and markings, and illegal dumping. When your neighbours report the same fault, they join the same ticket: the desk gets one clear report with a count.
